The Department of State (DOS) has released the March 2010 Visa Bulletin. Once again the Other Worker category shows no forward movement across the board, and all the countries remain at the priority date of 01JUN01. The EB-3 category moved forward nearly 3 months for the all-chargeability areas, China, and the Philippines, putting their date at 15DEC02. For EB-3 India the forward movement was approximately 9 days putting the new date at 01JUL01, while the Mexico EB-3 date did not move forward at all, leaving the date at 01JUL02. The EB-2 category for India moved forward approximately 10 days giving it a new date of 01FEB05, while China advanced nearly 45 days to 08JUL05. All employment categories not mentioned have stayed the same.

Regarding the family categories, little to no forward movement was seen. As usual, the categories moved forward approximately between 1 week and 4 months ahead. The category that showed no forward movement at all was the 3rd preference category for all chargeability areas, China and India, so the date remains at 22MAY01. On the other hand, the 2A category for Mexico showed the most forward movement, advancing 4 months to 01JUL04.
