We recently assisted two high level executives from a Canadian technology company obtain L-1A visas and extensions so they could enter the United States to open a new office and service their U.S. clients. The U.S. government has been issuing many RFE's of late with regard to L-1A petitions. However, we were able to get the L-1A petitions approved quickly on their initial submissions. The company is now flourishing in the United States with its new office, and continues to flourish abroad in Canada.
