What is a PERM?
For those seeking Labor Certification, the PERM program became the only option on March 28, 2005. Through it, employers file the labor certification application on-line, and labor certification approval is supposed to take 45-60 days. However, the necessary adjustment to new procedure, as well as some problems with PERM software, makes this an uncertain process.
