EB-2 Criteria for Holders of Advanced Degrees
- An official academic record showing a degree, diploma, certificate or similar award from a college, university, school, or other institution of learning relating to the area of exceptional ability;
- A letter from a current or former employer showing at least 10 years of experience;
- A license or certification to practice that profession;
- The individual has commanded a salary or remuneration demonstrating exceptional ability;
- Membership in a professional association;
- Recognition for achievements a significant contribution to the industry or field by peers, government entities, or professional or business organizations
