Korean Airline Maintenance Manager Approved for EB-1

We received an extensive Request for Further Evidence (RFE) to support a Multi-national Executive and Manager petition on behalf of a Korean national who was a Maintenance Manager for a major airline. The petitioner did not have all documentation requested by the immigration service in the RFE. However, we were able to provide alternative documentation showing that the corporate petitioner still met the detailed statutory requirement, and that the Maintenance Manager had the required level of responsibility. As a result, the Immigrant Visa Petition was approved.

Our client entered the U.S. on a fraudulent passport, and returned it to the supplier without keeping a copy of it. We had to prove that he was inspected and admitted into the U.S., not an easy feat when the only piece of evidence proving so is gone.
