A different kind of musician case

As a firm that does a substantial number of musician O-1 cases, we noted with interest Justin Bieber appearing in the recent immigration news – not, however, for having played a critical role for a distinguished organization. Rather, he is suspected of having caused over $400 worth of damage by egging a neighbor’s home, a felony in California. That opens up a possibility, however small, that he’ll be deported to Canada, of which he is a national. California is still gathering evidence.
