Difficult Immigrant Visa Petition (I-140) Approved

We recently filed an I-140 Petition for Alien Worker in which the USCIS, subsequent to filing, requested evidence of prerequisites for entrance to our client's degree program from over 20 years ago. Additionally, the Service requested evidence in relation to gaps in the time period between our client's entrance in, and graduation from the program. To address these issues, we procured a letter from the school describing the prerequisites at the time of filing, as well as how our client satisfied them, admission guidelines, official list of graduates, and other documents relating to this issue. The letter also included a timeline of events, explaining the gap in his education record. His I-140 Petition was approved.
