A science startup wanted to file a premium processing O-1 case, on behalf of a cancer researcher. The challenge was a common one in these cases:  to show that although the beneficiary is not the senior researcher in the lab, her contributions qualify as individual and outstanding. Due our staff science expertise, we were able to discuss the beneficiary’s publications and achievements so as to bring out her extraordinary abilities.  Further, as always, we paid close attention to the evidence required by statute, and carefully framed her achievements in terms of the criteria.  The I-140 was approved, without RFE.
